Connelly, a 30-year radio/television veteran, developed multiple radio strategies, automation systems, sales structures and promotional plans. He has developed hundreds of programs for radio and television and has owned and operated multiple radio stations and the first television LMA’s. Connelly served as Director of Digital Audio at Gannett, a current client of Audio Ventures.

Guckenberger is a seasoned media professional with 30 years of major market experience in radio and television sales for Cox Radio and Paramount Television, as well as running Guckenberger ‘N Partners Advertising for the past 20 years. His versatility is unique as he is considered an exceptional and innovative media buyer who has won awards for creative execution.

Immediate past Chairman of the New Hampshire Association of Broadcasters. Currently working as an independent contractor; his voice-over business, Ericsounds, does narration and radio/TV audio for various clients including New England Dragway, NHPBS-TV, Gatehouse Media, Stratham Tire, and WMUR-TV in New Hampshire as well as Maple Grove Raceway in Pennsylvania and KCRG-TV in Iowa. He is also currently working part-time for New Hampshire Public Radio as well as instructing at the Boston campus of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
